This is a sample notice for a fictional clinic. A real clinic should have its own notice checked by a lawyer before launch.
What this demo stores
Nothing you type here leaves your browser. Test bookings and your language choice are saved in your browser's local storage so the clinic system page can show them. To remove them, clear this site's data in your browser.
Fonts load from Google Fonts and the 3D library from jsDelivr. Like any web request, those services see your IP address.
What a real clinic would collect
To book a visit: your name, your phone number and, if you give them, your email and a note about the injury. During treatment: health information about your injury and your progress.
Why
To manage your appointments, send confirmations and reminders, and treat you safely. Health information is processed to provide healthcare, as the GDPR allows.
How long
Medical records are kept for as long as Lithuanian law requires. Booking details that don't become part of your medical record are deleted after one year.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, and you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
